N70 - No Power When Riding
Modified on: Wed, 16 Oct, 2024 at 4:19 PM
If you are experiencing issues with your N70 electric scooter not powering on while riding, don't worry, we've got you covered. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Firstly, check whether the machine can be started normally and switched to power-assisted mode. If it can't, then it's likely that there is an issue with the battery or motor.
Secondly, make sure that you are starting at a speed of more than 5km. This is the minimum speed required for the scooter to start.
Thirdly, check whether the acceleration dial connection and front wheel motor connection are normal. If there is any damage or loose connection, it could be the cause of the problem.
If the above steps don't solve the issue, then it's time to check the fault through the APP. If the motor is faulty, replace it first. If that doesn't work, replace the dial. If that still doesn't work, then replace the controller.
We hope that these steps have helped you to resolve the issue with your N70 electric scooter. If you still have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team for further assistance. We are always here to help you.
