S65C - Brake Lever Fault
If you are experiencing issues with your S65C brake lever, don't worry, we're here to help! Follow these simple steps to troubleshoot the issue and get back to enjoying your ride.
1. Manually turn the rear wheel and brake to confirm whether the brake function is normal: This is the first step to take when you notice an issue with your brake lever. Try manually turning the rear wheel and applying the brake to see if it functions normally. If it does, then the issue may be with the brake lever itself.
2. Check if brake line is connected to the dashboard: If the brake lever is not functioning, check to see if the brake line is connected to the dashboard. If it is not, reconnect it and test the brake lever again.
3. If brake line is connected but the brake is not functioning, please lodge a support ticket at support.navee-mobility.com.au: If you have checked the brake line and it is connected properly, but the brake lever is still not functioning, please contact our customer support team by lodging a support ticket at support.navee-mobility.com.au. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
We hope these steps have helped you troubleshoot the issue with your S65C brake lever. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are always here to help!
