S65C - Throttle Fault
If you are experiencing issues with your S65C electric scooter's throttle, don't worry, we are here to help. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Turn the rear wheel, and when the speed of the instrument panel is greater than 5KM/H, press the throttle; Confirm if the motor accelerates normally
This step will help you determine if the throttle is working properly. If the motor accelerates normally, then the throttle is functioning correctly. If not, move on to the next step.
2. Remove dashboard cover and check all wires are connected
Sometimes, loose wires can cause issues with the throttle. Check to make sure all wires are securely connected. If any wires are loose, reconnect them and test the throttle again.
3. If all wires are connected and the throttle does not work, please lodge a support ticket at support.navee-mobility.com.au
We hope these steps help you troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing with your S65C electric scooter's throttle. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
